Reds & Whites
Gold Medallion Concentrate
These economically priced, elite concentrates from wine regions all over the world, capture all the distinctive flavours and distinguished characteristics that a quality wine should possess. Perfect, if you enjoy versatile wines which do not require extended aging but still offer distinctive taste. A quality 6L concentrate, to which we add reverse osmosis water and/or oak chips depending on the variety, they are equivalent to a $12.00 - $20.00 wine at retail outlets, and have an approximate alcohol content of 11% to 12%.
Supreme Juice
Made from 100% pure juice and by far our most popular quality level, these wines provide ultimate satisfaction by offering true flavours, only the best juices can present. Full bodies, robust tastes, refined flavours and delicate aromas best describe the experience you'll achieve when you indulge in perfection.
23L of 100% pure juice with yeast, raisins, oak, peppercorns, herbs or other additions depending on the variety. These are equivalent to a $20.00 to $30.00 wine at retail outlets and have an approximate alcohol content of 14% to 15%.

Premium Elite
Our 6 week Premium wines are formulated with 16L of the finest grapes and juice concentrates and our pure reverse osmosis water. With no added sugar, the result is complex, full bodied, robust vintages.
Enthusiasts looking to broaden their wine cellar will appreciate the aging element required in developing these quality wines, and be proud to share and call them your own. Comparable to a $25.00 - $30.00 wine at retail outlets, the approximate alcohol content is 14% to 15%.

Fruit Wines
Fun, fresh and fruity - these alternative drinks make a perfect wine cooler served over ice or simply on their own. Not too sweet and not too dry, our 100% wine based coolers bring you the full flavours of your favourite wines and a splash of many different fruits. Be careful though, these are no watered juice mixes. We add only the very best juice concentrates which produce an 11% to 12% alcohol content.

Rich, robust, full bodied wines you could almost chew, will leave your taste buds screaming for just one more sip. These richly structured varietal grape juices expose the deepest colours and complex aromas, putting this series in a class of it's own. Commitment to aging is a requirement. Equivalent to a $30.00 to $50.00 wine at retail outlets, alcohol content is approximately 14% to 15%.

Grape Skins Collection

Standard for wine making EXCELLENCE! These 23L, carefully selected premium juice and juice varietals have been paired with the highest quality of unspent skins to produce wines of unmeasurable quality. 4 kilograms of crushed grape skins, allow the vintner to extract all the deep colour and complex aromas, producing a fuller body and more robust finish, making these showcase wines the treasure of your cellar. Alcohol content is also slightly higher. Equivalent to a $45.00 to $55.00 wine at retail outlets.
